"Enmoladas" con Nopales
It's not a really classic combination to prepare, but still is very good. The Enmoladas are tortilla in mole sauce with milk cheese on top.
No es una combinación común para preparar, mas sin embargo es muy rica. Las Enmoladas son tortilla reposada en mole con queso fresco encima.

This is the Iztaccihuatl, "the sleeping woman", this is a mountain in the the center of Mexico. There is a legend between Iztaccihuatl and Popocatepetl, the legend tells the romance between them. And how it coudn't be accomplished but they remain together to show their love.
Este es el Iztaccihuatl, "la mujer dormida", es una montaña en el centro de Mexio. Existe una leyenda entre Iztaccihuatl y Popocatepetl, la leyenda cuenta su romance. Y como no fue posible consumarse aun así se mantienen juntos para demostrar su amor.
